These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apex Agent Labs, Inc. ("UserApproved.ai", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the UserApproved.ai platform and services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve our services.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Fees

Access to certain features requires payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Billing

For subscription services:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that our services will improve your conversion rates or achieve any specific results. Our recommendations are based on analysis and best practices but results may vary.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX AGENT LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Agent Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your data. You use our services at your own risk.

Our services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

17. Google Analytics Integration

17.1 Google Analytics Connection

By connecting your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property to UserApproved.ai, you:

• Grant us read-only access to your GA4 reporting data via Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization
• Confirm you have authority to grant access to the selected GA4 property
• Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service
• Acknowledge we store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain the connection

17.2 Scope of Access

We request read-only access to your GA4 reporting data. We cannot modify your Google Analytics configuration, create or delete properties, or access your Google account beyond analytics data.

17.3 Disconnecting Google Analytics

You may disconnect your GA4 property at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, we revoke stored access tokens and stop collecting new data. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
