    • Traffic and acquisition metrics (sessions, users, sources, channels)
    • Engagement metrics (page views, bounce rate, session duration)
    • Conversion and e-commerce metrics (transactions, revenue, conversion rates)
    • Device and geographic breakdowns
    • Page-level performance data

    15.2 How We Use Google Analytics Data

    We use your GA4 data solely to:

    • Analyze your website's conversion performance and identify optimization opportunities
    • Generate CRO reports and actionable recommendations
    • Detect trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities across your traffic data
    • Power AI-driven insights within the UserApproved.ai platform

    We do not resell your Google Analytics data to third parties or share it outside of the services we provide to you.

    15.3 Data Retention and Security

    Analytics data retrieved from your GA4 property is stored securely and retained while your account is active. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. When you disconnect your GA4 property or delete your account, we revoke stored access tokens and delete cached analytics data in accordance with our retention policies.

    15.4 Revoking Access

    You can disconnect your Google Analytics property at any time through your account settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we immediately stop accessing your GA4 data.

    16. Google Ads Integration

    16.1 Data Collected Through Google Ads

    When you connect your Google Ads account to UserApproved.ai, we access your advertising data via the Google Ads API with read-only access. We do not modify your Google Ads campaigns, bidding, budgets, or any account settings.

    Data we access includes:

    • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions)
    • Ad group and keyword-level performance data
    • Cost and spend data (CPC, CPM, total spend by campaign)
    • Conversion tracking data (conversion actions, values, rates)
    • Landing page performance metrics

    16.2 How We Use Google Ads Data

    We use your Google Ads data solely to:

    • Correlate advertising spend with on-site conversion performance
    • Identify campaigns driving traffic to broken or underperforming pages
    • Calculate revenue impact and ROI of conversion optimization recommendations
    • Detect landing page issues that are wasting ad spend

    We do not modify your Google Ads campaigns or settings. We do not resell your Google Ads data to third parties or share it outside of the services we provide to you.

    16.3 Data Retention and Security

    Google Ads data retrieved from your account is stored securely and retained while your account is active. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. When you disconnect your Google Ads account or delete your account, we revoke stored access tokens and delete cached advertising data in accordance with our retention policies.

    16.4 Revoking Access

    You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time through your account settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we immediately stop accessing your Google Ads data.

    17. Meta Ads Integration

    17.1 Data Collected Through Meta Ads

    When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account to UserApproved.ai, we access your advertising data via the Meta Marketing API with read-only access. We do not modify your Meta ad campaigns, audiences, budgets, or any account settings.

    Data we access includes:

    • Campaign and ad set performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
    • Cost metrics (CPC, CPM, cost per conversion)
    • Conversion and purchase event data from Meta Pixel
    • Ad creative performance data
    • Audience and placement breakdowns

    17.2 How We Use Meta Ads Data

    We use your Meta Ads data solely to:

    • Correlate advertising spend with on-site conversion performance
    • Identify ads driving traffic to broken or underperforming landing pages
    • Calculate revenue impact of conversion issues on your ad-driven traffic
    • Provide cross-platform attribution insights alongside Google Analytics and Shopify data

    We do not modify your Meta ad campaigns or settings. We do not resell your Meta Ads data to third parties or share it outside of the services we provide to you.

    17.3 Data Retention and Security

    Meta Ads data retrieved from your account is stored securely and retained while your account is active. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Meta access tokens have a 60-day expiry and are automatically refreshed while your account remains connected. When you disconnect your Meta Ads account or delete your account, we revoke stored access tokens and delete cached advertising data in accordance with our retention policies.

    17.4 Revoking Access

    You can disconnect your Meta Ads account at any time through your account settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Upon revocation, we immediately stop accessing your Meta advertising data.
